No. 16, based on Psalms 133:1 (Behold how good & pleasant it is to dwell together in unity) was delivered in April 1767 "at a meeting of the inhabitants of the Back Country to subscribe a Remonstrance to the Genl. Assembly; in May 1770 at the Congress previous to the arrival of Lt. Gov. Bull to review the militia ... ; and Nov. 1770 previous to ye meeting of ye inhabitants ... for electing representatives in the Genl. Assembly. The same sermon was delivered at Watford and Dedham (Essex, Eng.) in 1780 and '81.
